How to Become a WISEWOMAN Participant

  • Eligible for, or currently enrolled in the West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program
  • Between the ages of 40 and 64
  • Living at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty level (refer to table below).
  • Underinsured or uninsured
  • Seeing a health care provider that offers WISEWOMAN
