Participant Information

As a West Virginia WISEWOMAN participant you will receive the following services for FREE:

• Measurement of your height, weight and blood pressure
• Labs to test your cholesterol and glucose values
• A follow-up visit if your blood pressure or lab results are elevated
• Help with setting realistic goals for becoming healthy
• Education to help you make better lifestyle choices such as quitting smoking, eating better, and increasing your physical activity level
• Referrals to community resources to support you in making lifestyle changes
