Title V Block Grant 2023 - The public is hereby notified that the Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, is posting the Federal application to the Health Resources and Services Administration under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for Title V Funds. The FY 2023 application is available for review at the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, or online at:
www.wvdhhr.org/mcfh/blockgrant.
Persons wanting to submit written comments on the State's FY 2023 application in preparation for the FY 2024 application may do so by email to james.e.jeffries@wv.gov or by mail to: James Jeffries, Director, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, 350 Capitol Street, Room 427, Charleston, WV 25301, prior to May 1, 2023.
