Assist families with accessing benefits/entitlements.

Advocate for children and families to assure they receive needed services.

Assist OMCFH staff with developing a system of care coordination within OMCFH, including Birth to Three, Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN), Newborn and Lead Screening, HealthCheck and Right From The Start.

Provide educational material and information on available services.
