- Information referral services are available to anyone living in West Virginia.
- Service coordination services are primarily available for infants and children (ages birth to 21). Children with special health care needs, including developmental delay, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioral concerns, and chronic health problems are eligible for care coordination services.
- There are no family income limitations for receiving service coordination. However, when referrals are made, individual program guidelines apply.
