Frequently Asked Questions

1) Can I switch to a different computer?

Yes, you can move the CD from one computer to another, but do not change computers in the middle of a quiz or test. Always complete the quiz or test and print your results before changing computers. Printed quiz and test results (certificates of training) can be verified by an OEHS representative for CEH credits.

2) Can I stop without finishing a lesson?

Yes, If you stop before finishing a lesson then it would be a good idea to write down the Unit number and slide number that you last reviewed so that you can return to the same place.

3) How do I get CEH credit?

After completing each unit, you will be allowed to take that unit's quiz. Upon successful (70%) completion of all three unit quizzes that are within a lesson you will now be prepared to take the lesson test. When the lesson test is passed (70%) you will have the option to print the Certificate of Training. Print and sign the certificiate of training and send it to:

4) How do I register with the system?

The program will ask you to enter your full name as you would like it to appear on a Certificate prior to initiating a quiz or test. You will need to enter your name for each quiz/test taken.

5) Can I search the course?

Yes. Within the Units you may use the Table of Contents to execute searches on subject matter.

6) Do I have to take the whole course?

No, OEHS grants credit for individual lessons. So feel free to take only the lessons you need. Be sure to keep track of your progress within a lesson by printing each unit quiz that was successfully passed.

7) I forgot to or I was not able to print my completion certificate.

If you are unable to print your certificate of training after passing a test, you should make every attempt to save the certificate to a file so that it can be reprinted later. If you need help saving the certificate then call our toll-free number of 877-255-4916 while you still have the certificate on your computer screen.

8) Trouble viewing the resource documents?

9) Trouble starting training units or running

Flash is required to run some parts of this course click here to install Adobe Flash on your computer.

10) Mac Users.

The quizzes and tests for Macintosh users require a different test engine.  This test engine must be copied to the applications folder on you Macintosh computer.  This is done from the main student menu page.  Once that this has been done Mac users will have to select the Mac quiz button at the end of each unit.  The final tests can also be selected from that screen.
