About Us:

This course was created through the collaborative efforts of the Office of Environmental Health Services and ContactPointe. The project was funded by the U.S. EPA Operator Expense Reimbursement Grant to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. The course content was developed for educational purposes relating to the operational aspects of public drinking water systems in West Virginia.  The course supports water operator certification continuing education requirements and will assist in exam preparation. 

To Receive Continuing Education Hours:
Complete the desired lesson(s) and print the completion certificate(s) for your records. Send a copy of the completion certificate(s) with your water operator certification renewal application.
