Pleasants County WIC Program

 

The Pleasants County WIC office is located at 605 Cherry Street in Saint Marys, WV.  The WIC office is in the same building as the Pleasants County office of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department.  The building is called the "Jim Spence Center". The WIC office and the health department are located on the left side of the building on the first floor.

The WIC office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   Clinics are held on Tuesdays.

WIC is more than just a supplemental food program.  We also provide nutrition education, health screenings, breastfeeding support and medical referrals, as well as vouchers for healthy, nutritious foods for pregnant women, infants and children up to the age of 5.  For more information about the WIC program in Pleasants County, and to see if you qualify, please call 304-684-2217.
