Pendleton County WIC Program

The Pendleton County WIC Program is located in the Community Building on the corner of Mill Road and Confederate Avenue in Franklin, WV. This is across from the Pendleton County Health Department.

WIC hours are the first, second and fourth Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

A breastfeeding counselor is available on the first and second  Wednesday of each month.

On days the office is closed, phone calls are forwarded to our office in Grant County, so you can call any day Monday through Friday.
