Mineral County WIC Activities  
 

The Mineral County WIC Program, a division of Shenandoah Valley Nutrition Services, has been serving people in the county for 23 years. 

We are located at the Mineral County Health Department in Keyser, WV.  We are open Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  For holidays and inclement weather, please call the office for hours.

Our staff includes a Licensed Dietitian, a nutritionist, a clerk, a medical aide and a breastfeeding peer counselor.

Our goal is to provide nutritional education, health screenings and diet assessments to all eligible members of your family.

 A healthy food package is provided for pregnant, post-partum, lactating women, infants and children up to the age of five.
