Wirt County WIC Program

The Wirt County WIC office is located on lower Washington Street, beside the Wirt County office of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department in Elizabeth, WV.

The office is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Clinics are held on Wednesdays.

WIC is more than just a supplemental food program.  We also provide nutrition education, health screenings, breastfeeding support and medical referrals, as well as vouchers for healthy, nutritious foods for pregnant women, infants and children up to the age of 5.  For more information about the WIC program in Wirt County, and to see if you qualify, please call 304-275-3150.
