World Breastfeeding Week 2002

Each August, the WV WIC Program joins with other WIC Programs, medical professionals, businesses, and community and neighborhood groups throughout  West Virginia to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week.   Activities included the Pink Ribbon Campaign, WIC Program Open Houses, luncheons and other local events honoring breastfeeding mothers and the individuals that support them in their community.  We present photos of some of the WV WIC local agencies' celebrations.
