The Barbour County WIC Office is located at 115 Jenny Street in the IOOF Lodge Hall in the Mansfield Addition of Philippi.  The office is open on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 304-457-3733.
