06/23/2022 - Are You Prepared for Your Child's IEP? Attend In Person or Via Zoom - July 16th 1:00 - 4:00 pm. In Person Location: Holiday Inn & Suites , 200 2nd Ave SW, South Charleston, WV 25303. Child Care Provided Onsite. If Attending Via Zoom, a link will be emailed to you prior to the event.

06/22/2022 - Celebrate America with WV Hands & Voices - You are invited to join us for a celebration of the birth of our nation! Connect with other families of deaf or hard of hearing children from the comfort of your own home via zoom. We will be doing some flag themed crafts and activities and reading a Fourth of July story. The fun begins at 6:00pm on June 30th. Register by June 26th and we will mail you a package of all the needed supplies to participate. Questions? 05/19/2022 - Darkness to Light: Stewards of Children - Children's Advocacy Center - CAMC-Women and Children's Hospital - Join us for an evidence-based two-hour training program for adults to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. This training is especially beneficial for parents or anyone who works with or comes into contact with children. The virtual training is free and open to the public. Space is limited. July through December 2022.

04/20/2022 - Our Babies safe & sound: Safe Sleep and Beyond  - June 6/7. 2022 8:30am - 12:00pm  -  CEUS WV Board of Social Workers and State of WV Board of Examiners for Registered Nurses, and WV Stars pending Contact Hours.

04/27/2022 - May is Better Speech and Hearing Month - Join us for a virtual presentation on "Cochlear Implants and Learning to Listen" - Saturday, May 14 at 10 AM (1 hour)

04/14/2022 - INFANT MENTAL HEALTH WEEK WEBINARS - May webinar series hosted by the West Virginia Infant/Toddler Mental Health Association. The webinar series will be May 16-20 from 12-1:30 p.m. each day and will focus on Cultural Humility. For this series, we have added a half hour after the presentation to allow time and space for participants to reflect and discuss information shared during the presentation.   These webinars have been registered with WV STARS and have been submitted for approval for Nursing CEUs (pending). Please register and share with others! We look forward to a great week!
