WVBTT has several statewide components as required in federal law:

coordination system and IFSP services provided by qualified practitioners

Central Finance Office

Regional Technical Assistance Specialists who are available to answer
your questions
?? And interagency collaboration to assure linkages to needed services and
supports beyond WV Birth to Three go smoothly for children and families

As you progress through the Newly Enrolled Practitioner Handbook, you will learn
more on each of the statewide components around services, the Central Finance
Office, and our Professional Training and Development.
It is important to be familiar with the WV Birth to Three (WVBTT) system as you will
be working closely with many different disciplines, regions, and Regional Technical
Assistance Specialists.
