Statistical Services and Chronic Disease Epidemiology


One function of the Health Statistics Center is to disseminate information about the health of West Virginians to inform public policy, and guide disease prevention efforts.  Much of this information is obtained from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and the Vital Statistics System.
