WV has been awarded a grant to work with the Center for Early Literacy Learning (CELL) to increase the skills of practitioners in supporting the early literacy development of children through evidenced based practices which emphasize child interest, rich learning environments, and responsive teaching strategies in promoting early literacy skills.
