WISEWOMAN is
a program designed to decrease a woman’s risk of heart
disease and other chronic diseases by providing FREE
services that measures blood pressure, cholesterol and
glucose. WISEWOMAN also provides nutrition, physical
activity, tobacco cessation counseling and other
resources to help participants make positive lifestyle
changes.
How do I
qualify to a WISEWOMAN participant?
Women who
are between the ages of 40 to 64 and are enrolled in the
West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening
Program may qualify to become WISEWOMAN participants.

that you continue to qualify, you can receive FREE
WISEWOMAN program services. WISEWOMAN program services
