Construction Permits Database

This site includes an online database of all water system construction permits issued within the state of West Virginia since the mid 1940's. The Environmental Engineering Division of the Office of Environmental Health Services is the state agency responsible for approving all plans for the design of public water systems throughout the state.

Due to the large volume of permits issued and included in the online databases, a direct viewing of all permits is not possible. In order to view records, you must first select a decade during which the permit was issued. From within this decade, you may search through the records based on date (by year), permit number, county of project, type of project, or applicant.
