Report Viewing Tips

Navigation: The links on the left of each page will take the viewer to the major sections of the report. Because of the length and heavy graphical content of sections one and two of the report, these sections are broken down into several subsections. Navigation links to major topics in section one and two are added at the bottom of each section in the order they are presented in the hardcopy of the report. Because of the heavy graphical content, some pages may be a little slow to download. We have tried to reach a balance between download time and having to switch to different pages for additional report content.

The links at the very top and bottom of the pages, with take you to the web pages for the major governmental organization responsible for the report.

Viewing: This report was prepared in standard html format. Text is generally more readable when the line width is not very long. For this reason, newspapers and magazines utilize columns. If you are reading the report on line, you may want to shrink the width of the viewer down so that the line length is comfortable for your reading style. Most of the graphs are 400 pixels wide. You may also want to change the size of the type displayed in the viewer to either show more text or make it easier to view. If you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape, the type size can be changed by clicking on "View" at the top of the page.
