       ONLINE DATA SYSTEM

 Documents are required to be uploaded to the WVBTT Online Data System.
 Information is then available to the Reginal Administrative Unit and other team
 members through the Child Library. Evaluation and assessments are to be uploaded
 prior to IFSP meetings and six-month reviews. Information not uploaded timely can/
 will result in a delay of services for the family and/or authorizations for other
 providers.
