Reducing the Risk, Building Skills to Prevent Pregnancy, STD and HIV 5th Edition

The main focus of this 16 session curriculum is the development of attitudes and skills that will help teens prevent pregnancy and the transmission of STDs including HIV.  This research driven and proven approach addresses skills such as risk assessment, communication and decision making, as well as refusal strategies and delay tactics. RTR uses skill building role plays to help teens develop and practice their own approach to refusal and delay of behaviors that place them at risk.
