This web page was developed in cooperation with the West Virginia Vital Registration Office and funded as a result of a special improvement grant awarded by the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement.

Our goals were to improve interstate case processing by providing a method to quickly and efficiently access West Virginia birth indexes, make paternity determinations and request birth certificates electronically.
