| As a professional group, the goals that we have set are to
strive to stay abreast with ever-changing governmental issues. Issues that we have
to know and understand in order to perform our daily job requirements, may it be at the
county, local or state levels. By adapting to new issues and changes we will
maximize our performance as professionals when providing public health services to the
