The Conference Registration Form is now available also. 

Attention FOCT, Lab/Epi, & Professional Clerical Section members:  There was an error on the registration forms that were mailed out.  The FOCT section registration fee is $5, not $20 as listed on the form; the Lab/Epi section will not be charging a registration fee; and the PCS section registration fee is $20, not $15 as listed on the form.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

For the 2009 Conference, there will be no difference in rates for pre-registrations, however, we strongly encourage everyone to submit a pre-registration form to speed up the process at conference.

Applications for Retiree Scholarships to Conference were taken through August 1st.  Contact Bill Kearns with any questions.

The Exhibitors Registration Form is now available.  Any entity wishing to set up a display or place an advertisement in the Conference program should complete and submit this form.
