Mission Statement: The mission of the Lincoln County Board of Heatlh is to provide a public health system that: 1) Assesses and monitors the health status of Lincoln County residents. 2) Fosters a healthy and productive lifestyle through Community Health Promotions programs. 3) Protects the citizens from environmental risk factors. 4) Provides Community and Provider Education progams on Communicable and Reportable Diseases. 5) Assures that the Lincoln County Health Department has adequate resources and qualified health care professionals and support staff to provide or assure a continuum of care that will reduce the incidence of preventable disease and death.
