Image: Tucker County Health Department Mission Statement: The mission of the Tucker County Health Department is to protect, promote, and maintain the health of the entire population of Tucker County. This is to be accomplished by providing a healthier and safer environment, promoting healthier lifestyles, and providing services (ie., immunizations, pediatric services, etc.) which will improve the health of citizens of the county, resulting in less illness, better overall health and well-being and greater longevity of life.


The above mission statement has been provided as-is from the most current program plan report submitted by the aforementioned local health department; it may share but not necessarily represent in totality the views of the Division of Public Health Nursing and Administration.
