Mission Statement: The mission of the Mingo County Health Department is to provide the public with a clean, safe, and efficient environment. We have a mission to achieve an environment that is conducive to health and prosperity. The primary focus is educating the county's citizens. If our citizens are aware of health and environment hazards then we've accomplished half our mission. The other half will be identifying and enforcing health rules and regulations. Our mission is to promote a healthy environment for all citizens and to achieve a clean county of which we all can be proud.
