Image: Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department Mission Statement: The mission of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department is to improve the overall health and well-being of our residents by providing or assuring the provision of community based health services. We will make every effort and dedicate resources to preserving and strengthening our present programs and, where economically possible, expand these programs to provide optimal services not otherwise adequately provided by other health care providers. We will use our community needs assessment as a guide and will continue to monitor and assess the community in order to plan strategically to meet its needs.
