The WVCDHH has received a generous grant from the West Virginia Division for Rehabilitation Services (DRS) to help interpreters with a portion of the costs associated with taking the National Interpreter Certification (NIC) or Virginia Quality Assurance Screening (VQAS) in order to join the registry as required. The Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) is the fiscal agent for this grant. See the documents below to apply.
