The West Virginia Coalition Against Domestic Violence
(WVCADV) is a network of non-profit Domestic Violence programs located statewide
and a Central Service Office. Direct service programs respond on a 24-hour basis,
providing safe shelter and emotional support, advocacy, referrals to other social
services, and information on victims' rights. The Central Service Office focuses on
working for systemic change that insures victims' rights while holding offenders
accountable for their behavior.
