POLICY STATEMENT RE: 

DISQUALIFICATION OF SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN FOR A

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

 

 

          A physician who is currently under an Order with the Board in a matter of medical competency or over-prescribing is prohibited from serving as a supervising physician for a physician assistant.  All other cases are to be treated on an individual basis.
