  • You may submit an online application to the county DHHR office at inROADs.

  • You may visit your County DHHR Office to submit an application.

  • What happens if I am denied Medicaid coverage for my pregnancy?

    • If you apply and are denied Medicaid coverage for your pregnancy, you may be eligible for assistance for payment of some of your prenatal and delivery services through the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health (OMCFH).

    • Once you receive a denial for Medicaid coverage for pregnancy, your case is submitted by your local WV Department of Health and Human Resources office to the OMCFH for review.  You will be notified by OMCFH of your case approval or denial.  To check on the status of your OMCFH application you may call the OMCFH office.
