West Virginia Healthy Start HAPI Project (Counties Covered - Barbour, Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Randolph, Taylor and Upshur)

Helping Appalachian Parents and Infants (HAPI) helps women have healthy pregnancies and families, and reduces infant mortality and low birth weight.

Provides access to oral health, mental health and limited medical services for pregnant women and new  moms.
