WVDHHR.ORG website, a service of the West Virginia Department of Health
& Human Resources. The Department of Health and Human Resources provides
a wide array of service programs. Most programs require confidentiality
of customer records. The Department also follows the Executive Branch
Privacy Policies which can be referenced at

. Any conflict between the program laws and regulations and the
Executive Branch Privacy Policies must be reviewed with agency counsel.
Common Chapters 200 Confidentiality explains basic confidentiality.
Programs with greater privacy protections have explanations within their
websites. If there is an increased privacy protection it is used. Each
Bureau or Office implementing a program has a Privacy Officer/Privacy
Contact who can address concerns about privacy. Individual programs
often offer grievance procedures that may be used to discuss issues of
privacy.

When you visit our website to read pages or download information our Web
Server automatically collects and stores information such as:

industry's accepted form of encryption and it provides the highest level

systems and information necessary to support our work.
