The information you submit will be provided to West Virginia
adoption staff,
who will contact your worker only
if you are considered a potential match.
Initial contacts must be made through your worker.
This information will remain in our
database for six months.
Please note that a request for a home study
does not mean you have been selected for a child. Only after reading your
home study can a caseworker determine if you will be one of the families
considered for a particular child or sibling group.
