Online Verification of Nursing Assistant

The Online Verification of Nursing Assistant page is provided to assist employers and the public in expediating the verification of the status of a nursing assistant in the state of West Virginia.

We have provided two means of searching the database. You can search by entering the name of the nursing assistant and the last four digits of their social security number or by entering the nursing assistant's state assigned Eval-Code.
