We have provided a searchable database of health care facilities/providers located within West Virginia.
You can search by Facility Type (i.e., hospitals, nursing homes, etc.) or by County Location. Both are selected from the drop-down lists. You may also limit your search by Facility Name, City or Zip Code.
To perform a search for all facility types, leave all search criteria at their default values and click on the Submit Query button. To perform a limited search, enter all the criteria for which you wish to limit your results, and then click the Submit Query button. For
example: If you would like all the nursing homes in West Virginia, select Long Term Care - All types under Facility Type and Click the Submit Query
button located near the bottom of this page. If you would like to further refine your search to a specific County, select both the Facility
Type and the County from the drop-down lists, then click the Submit Query
Button.
You can save your search results in CVS (Comma Seperated
File) that can be read most all spreadsheet applications like Excel ® and Open
Office. To save your results: run your query as normal, then click on the
Save Results to Excel
button.
