This employee is an
unlicensed staff member who meets the eligibility requirements to become an AMAP, has successfully completed the required training and competency testing and has been deemed competent by the RN to administer medications to residents in the covered facilities in accordance to
WV State Code 16-5O and
Legislative Rule 64CSR60.
