New - 03/10/2009 - Legal Agreement between EPA and E. I. Du Pont to Lower Limit of PFOA in Drinking Water

Nemours & Co. will lower the limit of FOA in drinking water for people who live near DuPont’s Washington Works facility in Parkersburg, W.Va. Under the new order, DuPont will offer connection to a public water system, treatment, or temporary bottled water to people on public or private water systems if the level of PFOA detected in drinking water is equal to or greater than 0.40 parts per billion. The following documents provide information on this agreement.
