2002 Bioterrorism Act, your ERP should address or be built
around the VA findings.
Pandemic
Influenza
A pandemic is a global disease outbreak.
Pandemic influenza happens when:

a new
flu virus emerges
·
people
have little or no immunity to the new virus
·
no
vaccine is available
·
the new
virus begins to cause serious illness
·
spreads
easily person to person worldwide
While it’s difficult to predict when it will
happen and how severe it will be, health experts agree that a pandemic
will occur.
