The West Virginia Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team
(DVFRT) is a multidisciplinary and multi-agency body charged with reviewing
domestic violence (DV) deaths of adult state resident, with the goal
of reducing domestic violence incidence and mortality. This is the first
report issued by the DVFRT and covers identified DV fatalities that occurred
in 2003
