Title V Block Grant 2013 - The public is hereby notified that the Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, is posting the Federal application to the Health Resources and Services Administration under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for Title V Funds. The FY 2013 application is available for review at the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, or online at www.wvdhhr.org/mcfh/blockgrant from October 18, 2012 through April 30, 2013.
