Title V Block Grant 2014 - The
public is hereby notified that the Department of Health and Human Resources,
Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, is posting the Federal application
to the Health Resources and Services Administration under the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services for Title V Funds. The FY 2014 application is
available for review at the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, or
online at www.wvdhhr.org/mcfh/blockgrant from November 5, 2013 through
April 30, 2014. Persons wanting to submit written comments on the State's FY
2014 application in preparation for the FY 2015 application may do so by email
to
kathy.g.cummons@wv.gov or by mail to: Kathy
Cummons, Director, Research, Evaluation and Planning, Office of Maternal, Child
and Family Health, 350 Capitol Street, Room 427, Charleston, WV 25301, prior to
May 1, 2014.
