Continue care coordination services provided by the Right From the Start Project, and Division of Children's Specialty Care
Continue to support the Back To Sleep campaign to reduce the incidence of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
Continue working with the Medical Examiners Office to improve the family interview process
Continue risk assessments for all government sponsored patients, while encouraging Obstitrician's risk scoring across payor groups
Dispense folic acid supplements and literature pre-conceptually through the Family Planning sites statewide
Maintain the Perinatal Task Force, encouraging community engagement in problem-solving
Improve data collection and linkages to ensure birth (defects) registry information is used to identify high need children
