TRAINING

The Office of Laboratory Services provides and sponsors technical training for clinical laboratories through:

• Regional workshops.
• Correspondence courses.
• Consultation on laboratory related issues such as CLIA-88 and WV Personnel Licensure.
• Satellite training.
• Member of the National Laboratory Training Network (NLTN)  The NLTN  is sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Association of  Public Health Laboratories (APHL).
