From Interstate 81, Exit 12, take route 9 east approximately 9 miles to stop light at Wiltshire Road. Turn right on to Wiltshire Road, go approximately 0.8 miles. There is a sign on the left, "Jefferson County Public Service Building", turn left onto the driveway. Go down the driveway past the first parking area; go around the corner past the second parking area and around the corner to the back of the building. Go through the first entrance on the right. The lab is the second room on the right.
