West Virginia Immunization Program

Vaccines for Children (VFC)

The West Virginia Immunization Program is proud to be part of the Vaccines for Children program which eliminates financial barriers for children that need immunizations.  Currently, there are 383 Vaccine For Children program enrolled providers including all of West Virginia's local health departments.  VFC providers administer publicly provided vaccines to eligible children to keeping some of West Virginia's most vulnerable, safe.

The Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program distributes state-supplied vaccines and other related supplies to all Vaccine For Children program enrolled providers.

If you are currently a VFC provider and need forms, please click the forms button below.
