young adults aged 18-29 and is the first of its kind to focus in depth on the
attitudes and behavior of unmarried young adults—both men and women— regarding
pregnancy planning, contraception, and related issues.

AWHONN Launches a New HPV Campaign
The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) launched a new HPV campaign to educate adolescents and parents about HPV and cervical cancer prevention. The Be Confident campaign seeks to encourage open discussions between children and their parents and their health care providers. Produced in both English and Spanish the Be Confident materials include a comic book style brochure and poster for health and community education settings, articles and a public service announcement.
