Teleconference Information for in-state-viewers

A memorandum is sent to DHHR staff approximately one month before each teleconference. This memorandum provides a description of each program, identifies the downlink sites for the teleconference, and facilitators for the sites.

Additional sites can be secured by the Office of Communications if required.

Teleconference Information Requests from out-of-state viewers:

To recieve the satellite coordinates for a specific teleconference, please call the Office of Communications at (304) 558-1245 or email us at josephthornton@wvdhhr.org. You will be asked to provide your name, the organizations' name, as well as your telephone and fax number.

Satellite coordinates are normally available approximately one month before each teleconference. Coordinates are normally sent via fax on the same day that they are requested.
